Classic Julian with chicken and mushrooms
To prepare it you will need:
- Champagnes – 700 grams
- Fat Cream – 350 grams
- Chicken Village – 200 grams
- Hard cheese – 150 grams
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper
Heat the frying pan with sliced chicken and a few tablespoons of mushrooms, butter and slices until done, then pepper and salt
